On January 23, 2025, Professor Kisuk Kang of Seoul National University, Professor Seokwoo Jeon of Korea University, Professor Li Huixiao of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Professor Qiao Yu of Xiamen University, Professor Sun Yang of Sun Yat-sen University, and Professor Ni Qiao of Beijing Normal University, and a number of other distinguished experts from domestic and international academia, were invited by Professor Tang Yuxin of Fuzhou University and Qingyuan Innovation Laboratoryto visit the research group and brought a wonderful academic report to the teachers and students in Room 327 of the Library of Qingyuan Innovation Laboratory.
Firstly, in this lecture, Prof. Kisuk Kang from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering of Seoul National University (SNU) brought the participants innovative ideas about solid-state electrolytes for lithium-ion batteries, and discussed the superionic conduction mechanism in ternary halides, focusing on the control of the in-plane lithium transport paths and the interlayer distance between the stacked layers on the performance of the electrolytes.
