On September 14, 2025, Professor Chen Xiaodong, a member of the German National Academy of Sciences, a member of the Singapore National Academy of Sciences, and a professor at Nanyang Technological University, was invited by the university to visit the Fuzhou campus and delivered a wonderful academic report entitled "Thoughts on Postgraduate Education in the Age of Artificial Intelligence" to teachers and students. Combining his profound research accumulation in the fields of flexible electronics and artificial perception, Professor Chen, from the perspective of interdisciplinary integration, in-depth discussed the academic literacy and innovative capabilities that postgraduates should possess in the face of future technological changes.
